500 grams chana flour
1 tea spoon pepper powder
1 tea spoon omum powder
1 tea spoon soda oil
salt to taste
Mix the flour with water, pepper and omum powder.
Meanwhile heat a griddle and roast soda and taste ot salt in it.
Mix this with the mixture.
Add enough oil to the flour.
The proportion of water and oil should be maintained.
Use this water for softening the dough.
Put it on the frying spoons and start making Ganthiya or Fafda whatever you want .
The dough is been pressed against a holed spoon so that it makes a shape of small bullets and are fried in the frying pan.
Serve hot Ganthiyas with Pudina and Chilli Chatani.
Make thin layers of the dough and dip it in the frying pan for deep fry.
Serve hot Fafdas with Gujarati Kadhi.
