This system of Electronic Voting is brought in touch with six cities in Gujarat namely- Ahmadabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Jamnagar and Bhavnagar District of Gujarat when the Civic Elections are processed later in the year. The set up of Electronic Voting in Gujarat was likely from this year itself as it was announced to be commenced within a limited prospect of time. Now an official declaration from the Gujarat Government confirmed that it will be implemented from this year and the registrations starts from August.

Gujarat has become the first state in India to have developed such a modern and developed technique into influence which has brought the efficiency of high speed democracy within the state with good participation of every individual people.

As per the announcement of the Gujarat Government, there will be two modes through which people can promote their opinions through their votes either in form of Electronic Voting which will enable individuals to access to the original site from their own computers and caste their votes. Another method is by normal Public Voting Facility according to which individuals will vote in the respective offices in their respective localities in the region. For easy access to Voting in Gujarat, Poll Stations will be set up across Gujarat so that everyone is accessed to post their decisions.

The system has today regained some importance and many members are likely to get more benefit. Now certain arrangements are being made by the authorities to supply the information of E-Voting to each and every corner of the state and various prgrammmes are likely to be conducted so that the concept can be gained some importance on respective fields during Election time in Gujarat.
