Sivane Diversion of Hazaribag - Finally Constructed

The Sivane diversion which had taken a long time for construction has finally come to a final result. read more to know more about it.

In one of my resources in BiharSpider I had said that the town of Hazaribag has become like an island. And if you have managed to read that resources, then you must be knowing why I had said that. Well let me elaborate it. I said that because the two lifelines which connected Hazaribag to the neighbouring places, were badly damaged. One named the Kuju road, which is suffering even know and has not been repaired even when the time for the repairing has crossed several months and even the temporary diversion looks to be wearing out.

However the good news is that the another road, namely the NH-33 that connects Hazaribag to places like Patna etcetera which had been badly damaged due to the heavy rain one day is on the good go. The thing is that the vehicles had to go round that road. The bridge on the Sivane river was the main place of damage. The heavy vehicles had been restricted from passing that bridge. However, now, the things have changed a little. The Sivane diversion which was being used by the vehicles and which was suffering a lot had been completely constructed now. It was opened for public usage on January 23, 2010. Now vehicles can pass through that diversion.

The diversion was inaugurated by the very popular minister in his area, namely Yashwant Sinha. The first vehicle which went through the diversion was of Mr. Yashwant Sinha. It is to be noted that before the successful construction of the road, the vehicles had to go through places like Ichak and Vishnugarh. But not now because the diversion has been successfully built and that is a good news for all of us. During the ceremony the D.C. of Hazaribag, Mr. Vinay Choubey, S.D.O. Sanjay Kumar, D.S.P. Naushad Alam, District Chief Mr. Shivshankar Gupta, Ravi Sinha, Santosh Pandey, Anil Sinha and Chaudhary Prasad Sahu also were present on the very spot. Mr. Sinha directed the NH officers to care of any future problems on the road. The officers notified the good guy of the town, Mr. Sinha that the road was in delay or in slow construction because of the delayed permission of the central government.

However, the good news is, on the whole, that the public of the nearby places as well as of Hazaribag will feel some relief due to the construction of the road. However, the Kuju diversion which lies on the road that connects Hazaribag and Ranchi mainly, is still suffering. Vehicles are facing heavily bad problems. At last I would like to say that though one of the milestones has been reached, another one strives to be reached. So from my side, personally, I wish luck to the people who are authorized for the construction of the Kuju diversion.
