Father Kamil Bulke was born on September 1, 1909 at Ramskapelle, Belgium. He was a very bright student from his childhood only. Father Kamil Bulke was doing his engineering and during the last year only, God knows what made him so rigorous that he, Father Kamil Bulke decided to become a father and kept the condition that he will go to India.

The family of Father Kamil Bulke constituted of his mother, his father, two brothers, and one sister. The reason for Father Kamil to become a priest, a father was not his family or his studies that he'd have been weak in studies so decided to ease up his life merely becoming a father.

Unlike other priests and fathers, Father Kamil Bulke was not a total priest. Father Kamil Bulke had many friends too. He was a very social person and he broke the norms set by many priests over the world by making uncountable friends. Father Kamil Bulke could never be seen with an angry face / gesture. Rather he'd always wear a smile on his face.

Father Kamil Bulke was a very big fan of the language called Hindi. Not only he was a lover of this language but he was a maestro also, and he always defended Hindi in front of English also. He disliked those Indians who lived in India but they did not have a big love for their own language. Father Kamil Bulke was a nice poet also and he took active part in the poetry called 'Parimal'. Fr. Kamil Bulke had contacts with many poets and numerous poets of Delhi also.

Also, Fr. Kamil Bulke had deep relationship with Jharkhand and Bihar also. He spent a lot of time in the capital of Bihar called Patna and especially in Ranchi, capital of Jharkhand. Father Kamil Bulke was the Head of the Department of Sanskrit language at St. Xavier's College, Ranchi. Also, Father Kamil Bulke taught mathematics at Gumla for five years. Father also translated Bible into Hindi.

Father Kamil Bulke died on August 17, 1982 at New Delhi, India because of serious illness due to a disease. When he was being buried, there were tears in the eyes of thousands of people.
