You can cut thin slices of beet root &every hour you can consume 2, 3, slices.
Now daily morning & night you have take remaining leaf powder as mentioned.
Spinach leaf powder----5ml
Curry leaf powder-----2 ml
Turmeric--------------- 1.5 ml
As you start this medication, it will take minimum 20 days to gain 1 point of hemoglobin.
