Commonwealth Games 2010 Queens Baton Arrived in Himachal

It is the matter of pride for all Himachali's as 2010 Delhi Commonwealth Games Queens Baton arrived in Una district of Himachal on 4th July 2010. Queens Baton relay arrived in Mehatpur from Chandigarh. From Mehatpur Queens Baton relay is then headed to Una's Indira stadium.

From Una Queens Baton relay is then advanced to Dharamshala at 11:30 am where it reached at 3:00 pm in Dharamshala HPCA Cricket Stadium.
On 5th July, 2010 Queens Baton relay will start from Dharamshala at 5:00 am to Jwala Ji. At 9:00 am Queens Baton will be taken to Hamirpur College where Education Minister Sh Ishwer Singh Dhiman and IPH Minister Ravinder Singh Ravi will be the Chief Guest.

On 5th of July 2010 Queens Baton Relay will be headed toward Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh. A programmme to welcome the 2010 Commonwealth Games Queens Baton will be organized in Luhnu Sports Complex. Vidhan Shaba Deputy Speaker Rikhi Ram Kaundal will be Chief Guest of this programme.

From Bilaspur Queens Baton Realy will be headed to Shimla and will reach Advanced Studies at 6:00 pm. A programme will be held in Gaiety Theatre to welcome Queens Baton and Chief Minister Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal Will be the Chief Guest of this programme.

On the morning of July 6th Queens Baton relay will march to Solan from Shimla where Health Minister Dr. Rajiv Bindhal will be the Chief Guest . On the same day relay will march to Nahan where JP Nadda will be the Chief Guest of the programme. From Nahan Queens Baton will be taken to Nahan and on 6th of July relay will march to Yamuna Bridge and from here it will enter into Uttarakhand.
