How to make a cool summer 'FRUIT SALAD' recipe?
On a hot sultry noon, one always seeks for something cool to drink or to eat.
Well, ice-creams and cold drinks are there but these fall into 'junk category'.
So, in order to have something refreshing, tasty, cool and juicy although
healthy, here is a quick and short summer recipe of FRUIT SALAD.
Ingredients for fruit salad
1 Pineapple,
2 Cucumbers,
3 Tomatoes,
2 t-spoon of Vinegar,
1 table-spoon of White oil,
1/2 t-spoon of mustard dust,
1 t-spoon of sugar,
Salt and Pepper as required per taste.Procedure to make fruit salad
Cut the pineapple into 4 equal pieces. Do not throw away the leaves.
With a sharp knife cut out straight the pineapple pulp. Now slice off the pulp into numerous cubes. Fill back these pulpy cubes into those 4 peeled pieces each. Then cut the cucumbers and tomatoes into fine slices. Mix these slices with the pulpy cubes. Now refrigerate it. On the other hand, take the other left ingredients into a bowl and beat it hard until it smoothens. After it is done, pour the mixture over the refrigerated salad. Then serve it.
You can even serve it to sudden unwelcomed guests on a hot sultry morning or
afternoon. It soothes and strengthens your body completely. It is both healthy
and tasty at the same time.It is a cool summer recipe. It takes very short time to make this fruity fun salad.
