Documents you need to get Haryana Domicile Certificate
You need the following documents to get the Domicile Certificate:

1. Proof of continuous residence in Haryana for the last 8 years like Ration Card, Voter Identity Card, School Certificate, House tax receipt etc.

2. Application form duly attested by a Class-I officer that he/she knows the applicant for more than 8 years.

3. Birth Certificate

After fulfilling the all requirements and submitting complete application, a draft order of your form is sent to the attesting authority for verification, once it get the positive response and confirmation from Class I Gezetted officer of the attesting authority.
