Care of your kid - Diet and Nutrition

Diet , nutrition plays very impotant role in kids everyday activities and growth. Malnutrition in kids may affect their brain growth also. Kids brain can grow fast in the age of two to five.Each mother has to give healthy diet in this age.

This is simple meal Plan for your Kid.

Breakfasts - a glass of milk, chopped fruits like banana,apple etc, or any fruit juice and a boiled egg.

Lunches- Chicken soup,
Baked potato with tuna and
one chappathi with green vegetables.

Dinners- Pita bread with chicken slices and sliced sweet red peppers.
Chicken and mixed vegetable casserole.
A glass of milk at bed time.

This meal plan gives resistance to their body to fight against all types of viruses even swine flu(H1N1)also.

hello kavitha,
it is very nice of you to share this valuable information about kids' health.but, it would have been more useful had you suggested a seperate diet chart for the vegetarian people.
