Beauty of a person is determined by his head shape and parts in the head. In this modern world hair loss is the main problem for both men and women. There are several reasons for hair loss in both side.

An Iron and calcium rich diet like taking honey or dates syrup one spoon daily, a Fish, green leafy vegetables and two to three glass of milk per day.

Fish, Milk, dairy products gives calcium and protein to the body. Hair growth is mainly by proteins only.
