Famous Rajasthani dish - Besan Ke Gatte ki sabji


· 500 gms Besan
· 2 tsp Coriander powder
· 5 tbsp Ghee
· 400 gms Curd
· 1 tsp Red chili powder
· 1 Pinch turmeric powder
· 1 tsp Cumin seeds
· 4 tsp vegetable Oil
· Salt to taste


· Add red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, ghee & water.
· Mix it well.
· Now make cylindrical shapes by using dough.
· Boil them in water till they are cooked properly.
· Now cut it into pieces.
· Add all the Masala in the curd.
· Mix it properly.
· Now add all the pieces in this mixture & heat the oil in kadhai.
· Cook all this mixture for 7 minutes.
· Now gate ki sabzi is ready garnish it with coriander leaves.
