Instructions or information well before events

This article would give a clear instructions to the participants of the event where they have to be and how to proceed with the program or event.

Just a quick update about a change that has happened as well as some other points-

Instead of meeting and lining up in the hallway on the top floor as mentioned in the mail below, we will all be in the ground floor lobby area in our black robes and caps till we are called up to the top floor.

Once we are called up to the top floor, we can all go up and then be in the hallway on 7th floor. Ms. X will come to the door where we are lined up and will open the door to the theater and that is when we march in behind the Leader.

The staff of organization can leave at XXX pm today but be sure to swipe out when you leave and do not swipe in when you come in to office in the evening.

This information/ step is only for major staff members for whom it is mandatory to attend the ceremony today.

While marching out after the ceremony, Leader will be the last person to leave the stage so the staff in the first row closest to the steps of the stage will start walking down and others will follow and Leader will be the last person to leave the stage. Everybody marches in and out from one side only.

You can drop off the robes and caps outside the door of the theater after the ceremony. There will be a carton kept there for this purpose.
