About Jagganath K

Completed Pre University and ITI in welding technology from BEML and certification courses in Poultry , Rabbitary and Sericulture .

Involved in the development work of teh village from 1987 to 1994 with getting elected as member of Gram Panchayat in 94.

Mr Jagganath K became the first Chairman of Belandur panchayat and worked hard on the development of Belanduru in getting recognition both national and international for mannaged Panchayats.

Achievements by Jagganath K

Belandur Panchayat was the first panchayat to be fully computerized and all land records computerized. This was a first for any panchayat in India.

First Gram panchayat to have complete sanitation program implemented by having underground sewage system

Sustainable development has been my buzz word and we have planted an excess of 2000 saplings to green the entire panchayat area ,

Represented Karanataka in the Rural IT summit in Hyderabad and presented the Belandur IT model.

Best Gram Panchayat Award by the Government of India during our tenure

and many more to add on to the achievement that Belanduru has received.
