Now, a film named Bokya Satbande has been released in 2009.

Bokya Satbande (Aryan Narvekar), a very naughty and energetic 7 year old, lives in society where there are many families. While playing cricket, he hits the ball in the house of Belwandis. Belwandi ajoba (Dilip Prabhavalkar) lives with his wife alone in the flat. Their only son lives in US. Bokya goes to their house to bring back the ball. They start giving him big lecture. In the end Bokya says that they will never stop playing cricket as they love this game. But they will take every care that ball doesn't go to anyone's house and they are not disturbed. The Belwandis immediately like them for his honesty and praise him. Later, Bokya becomes their helper of sorts. He takes care of them and tries to remove their loneliness. He convinces his brother, who is also an actor, to act as though he is his grandson. He gives them happiness and gets a lot of praises from everyone. In their vacations, Bokya and his friends do a very noble deed of teaching poor children. They teach them songs, language, play with them, celebrate their birthdays and give them immense happiness. He plans a trip to Khandala with all of them. He plays a hero by averting a major accident. Later on he is awarded with lots of trophies from the Government and other institutions.

This film wins hearts. All the actors have done an amazing job. The story and screenplay of the film really makes us enjoy every bit of the film. It makes us laugh and cry at the same time. A must watch film for every kid.
After a long time, a Marathi film of such sensitive issue for kids is been produced. Hats off to Dilip Prabhavalkar and others for this amazing feat.
Go and watch this film. You will not regret it!
