An agreement was signed between World Bank, Government of India and Maharashtra Government in New Delhi on November 2, 2010 for SDR equivalent toUS $ 100 million for productivity, profitability and market access of farming community. The name of the Project is known as Maharashtra Agricultural Competitiveness Project and expected to be completed by December 31, 2016
