, is entering the capital market through its first ever initial public offering (IPO) on November 26, 2010, according to highly reliable sources. .This issue is from Government's PSU stable and a Mini Ratna. The issue size of Rs 1500 crores would dilute GOI's holiding by 20 percent. An additional attraction for retail investors is that the retail portion for this issue is up to Rs 2 lakhs as the issue is after the gazette notification.
