The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authroriy (MHADA) is putting up for sale 4,034 low-cost homes from April 27th 2011. This is the first time that online filling of forms would be started. This would greatly benefit applicants as then they can avoid mistakes and not have their form rejected.
The online application forms for MHADA housescan be downloaded from the MHADA website. You have to submit the forms at Axis Bank branches in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai between April 27th and May 16th 2011. The homes will be allocated as per a computerised lottery system.
