Ways to Help Children to stay Healthy at School

School is a place where hundreds of children are crowded together.Five days of the week creates an opportunity for germs to spread and enter the home and affect the entire family. So here are some of the tips that will help children remain healthy in school.

1.Always teach your child to wash their hands when they return home from school or other activities.

2.Stop your child from drinking from their friend's water-bottle or even sharing cups etc.Viruses,Bugs,Lice and other germs spread very easily this way.

3.Give your child daily vitamin which will keep them healthy and build up their immune system against germs.

4.Put your children off to bed at a consistent time each night as sleep is very important for growing children.

5.Give your children a nutritious and balanced diet to make sure they are getting all the vitamins and minerals which are needed for their growth.

6.Remind your child to keep their hands away from their face and out of their mouth as this could possibly result in an infection.

7.Make it a habit to get a physical examination done every year for your child before the school begins.This should include an eye and hearing examination.

The goal of every school is to provide education and not illness.I hope that these tips will keep your children healthy,happy and they have a productive school year.
