3. Make a summery of your post. Before writing the main article you should provide a summery of your post. This will give an idea to the readers about the article in short time. This type of summery is also helpful for Google. In case of Google search this summery will show below your article.

Example :- If you are writing article about Kolkata Book Fair, write summery like this:- Detail information about Kolkata Book Fair 2011. Find Dates, Venue, timing, ticket price, Stall, other facility at Kolkata Book Fair 2011. Find how to reach at Kolkata Book Fair 2011 etc.

4. If you are planning to post admission news or recruitment news or Offers then make sure to post the starting and the last date. Without Last date your information has no value for the readers. Add some picture in your resource so that it will look beautiful. But don't add more than 2/3 picture in your post.
