Interested candidates can get the form University sales counter on any working day between 11 a.m to 2 p.m on payment of Rs. 100.00 in cash. The form is available in net also. If any candidate download this form from the net then during submission of the form he has to enclose a demand draft of Rs.100.00.
At the time of submission of application form, At the time of submission of application form, candidates have to deposit Rs.150/- in cash as admission test fee.

Candidate must be a graduate with 45% marks in case of General category, 40% marks in case of SC and ST.
Maximum age of a candidate is 30 years and there is relaxation for SC, ST candidates. Upper limit of age for admission of SC, ST candidates is 35 years.
