Ingredients required to prepare fish manchurian

250 gm fish
3 tsp corn flour
A pinch of black pepper powder
3-4 tsp maida
1 egg beaten
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
4-6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Corriander leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
3 tsp soya sauce
1/4 tsp ajinamoto
2 tsp lemon juice

Method to prepare fish manchurian

Clean and wash fish fillets well. Apply salt, pepper powder, lemon juice to the fish fillets and marinate for 10-15 mins.
Mix cornflour, flour, beaten egg, salt, ginger-garlic paste with little water and make a batter.
Apply this batter to the both sides of the fish pieces and fry in oil until golden brown. Keep them aside.
Heat 2 tsp oil in another pan and fry the chopped garlic and green chillies. Also add soya sauce and fried fish pieces. Stir well to coat the pieces with the soya sauc mixture.
Now add a cup of water and simmer until all the water is gone. Sprinkle ajinamoto, chopped corriander leaves and serve hot.
