New dates of WBUT even sem 2011

WBUT has decided to postpone it's theory exams for the even sem 2011 and reschedule the entire exam hence.

West Bengal University of Technology abbreviated more commonly as WBUT has decided and officially announced that the even semester exam schedule of this university will undergo some severe changes. After the unexpected announcements of the assembly elections by the Indian election commission many other universities and educational boards have decided to postpone some important exams to avoid collisions of dates. Some such exams which were rescheduled are Calcutta university part 3 exams, West Bengal Joint Entrance exams etc. WBUT was quiet about WBUT even sem 2011 dates changed in the exam schedule though students were already anticipating changes in the pre-announced exam schedule. Finally, after evaluating all the possible alternatives in hand, WBUT has decided to follow the inevitable and has declared WBUT even sem 2011 postponed to a date after the elections are over. However there is still a twist in the rescheduling. Even though the theory exams are postponed after the polls WBUT has decided to conduct the practical / Laboratory examinations within the election dates. It is announced that lab exam dates will not collide with any election dates but will be placed in the gaps between several election dates.

The WBUT even sem lab exam dates will start from 20th April and will avoid collision with poll dates.

The WBUT even sem theory exam dates for the even sem 2011 will be conducted starting from 19th May. WBUT has declared 8/9 official dates for the exams but is yet to publish a routine so we are only given the start dates for theory as well as labs to rely upon.
