Primary census report-2011 of India says that the total population of India cross 121 crores and the population of west Bengal now 9 crore 13 lacs.
It is observed that increase ratio decrease from previous census report(1991-2001) in 6 states and west Bengal is one of them. In west bengal the ratio decrease from 17.77%(in 1991-2001 report)to 13.93%(2011 report). Increase of literacy in west Bengal-2011 census report on India says
The Literacy rate of west Bengal increase than previous report.In west Bengal the literacy increase rate is 77.08%. Male literacy is 82.67 and female literacy is 71.16%.
