Mustard chicken - Bengali recipe


It is a unique way to make chicken without use of too much onion. I liked the taste. So I want you too.

Ingredients: Mustard, Poppy seed, Salt, Sugar, Dhania, Jeera, Haldi, Curd, Onion, Ginger, Mustard oil, green chili.

Process: Mix Chicken with powdered Mustard, Poppy seed, Dhania, Jeera, Haldi, Curd, Onion, Ginger, Mustard oil, green chili. Put everything into oven till the material is ready. After that put slight salt, water, sugar, tomato sauce. Make the water dries by heating and do it till satisfactory gravy level reaches.
