Bhasraghat, a picnic spot

Bhasraghat, a place in West Midnapur, near Kesiari, at the bank of river Subarnarekha. The river is named as Subarnarekha because of availability of Gold. You may see tribes are collecting Gold from the bank of that river, though quantity is not as much. Bhasraghat is known as picnic spot. In winter people drop into that place and enjoy the flora and fauna of nature. On the opposite side of the river a deep forest is there.



Transportation System: From Kharagpur local buses are available, but it is always suggested to use private vehicle.
