The basic salary is 4200 per month but there is incentive scheme for each operator separately too. You can earn as much as you can and it's depend on your speed, accuracy and how much you can grape within minimum time. There are team leaders who help you when ever you face any problem and besides this the Manager also helps you.
The essential qualification for a candidate is as follows
1) Must have Higher Secondary pass from any one of the recognized board.
2) Have minimum of 30 words per minute speed with at least 90% accuracy.
3) Can understand English.
4) Fresher may also apply, but experience person are most welcome.
