In 1856 Australia starts the first voting process and Great Britain is the first country who starts first ballot paper voting in 1882.

On the election date voter came with well dressed ride on horse cart or on Fiton. Voters sat in one row and the candidate sat on the opposite row.
On that time Police commissioner "Hauge" maintain the whole process.He called all the candidate's name from the list and asked the voter to whom they want to vote. Voters raised their finger and pointed appropriate person.
