About Eden Gardens:

It is the residence for Royal Bengal Tigers, spotted deers, wild pigs, monkeys, herons, kingfishers and white-bellied eagles. The waters of Ganges,Brahmaputra and the Bay of Bengal makes about 54 Island here. This park named for the Sundari trees found here. It is very dangerous and monotonous.
The aqua fauna of Sunderbans consists a variety of fishes, red fiddler crabs and hermit crabs. The temperature of this site is equable due to its proximity to the sea. A major tourist attractions is the Sajnekhali, is 100 odd kms from Kolkata city, is a crocodile enclosure.
