Bhindi Bhaji - Nice Vegetable Dish
In this article i would like to share with you how to prepare delicious Bhindi Bhaji in twenty minutes. One can serve Bhindi Bhaji with hot Rotis or Parathas. One can also have the same with Rice also. Its one of the favourite dishes among vegetarians.
If you want to have something quite fast in the mornings to have breakfast along with Roti or Parathas, one can easily prepare Bhindi Bhaji. To prepare Bhindi Bhaji one needs to have the ingredients given below and also follow the steps as given below.
Ingredients required to make Bhindi Bhaji:
1/2kg bhindi (lady's finger)
150 gm capsicum
250 gm tomato
1/4 tablespoon chilli powder
1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder
2 large onions
How to prepare Bhindi Bhaji:
Wash and clean the bhindi properly and cut it into large pieces.
Wash and Cut onion, capsicum and tomato.
Heat oil in a cooking pan and fry the bhindi. Take it out and keep it aside.
Add onions to the remaining oil and fry till it turns light brown.
Add tomato and capsicum and fry for three minutes and then add the fried bhindi to it.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to it. Cook for two minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with Roti or Paratha.
One can also have the dish along with rice.
