Shrubbery Nightingale Park , a beautifull garden with entertaining environment situated ata a distance of 2-5 kms from Darjeeling railway station. The distance is very few from Chowrasts.
The History of this Park says that this was the private courtyard of Sir Thomas Tartan's bunglow during the British rule and was known as only "The Shrubbery". After destroyed in a earthquake in 1934it was became popular for tea parties of British women.
