How to make a healthy summer-cool Yogurt Ice-cream?
Yogurt is really very good for health. It is also necessary to consume it especially during the summers. It is very healthy. Most of us hate consuming the yogurt only. But we can enjoy consuming it with a blend of ice-cream. At the same time, tasty Yogurt Ice-cream nourishes our body, energizes us and cools our body. People fear having ice-creams as they think they might acquire fat on consuming it & thus, lose their admirable figure. Many fear consuming it as most ice-creams contain added preservatives & colors, which might be quite unhealthy. Ready made ice-creams, available at ice-cream parlors, possess such qualities of- added preservatives, fat-containing substances in a large amount & colors. So, on a regular basis it is better to consume home-made ice-creams which have low fat, no added preservatives & no colors even.Here is one such recipe on Yogurt Ice-cream.Ingredients
2 t-spoons Gelatin,
50g Castor Sugar,
150g cold milk,
300ml fruit-essence Yogurt.Procedure
Mix gelatin with 3 table-spoons of water. Now add Castor sugar to this mixture. Beat hard the cold milk until it smoothens. Pour the smooth milk into the gelatin-mixture. Now, add yogurt to it. Pour the whole mixture into a container. Refrigerate it until 1 inch of it freezes. Then take it out and wait until it melts. Again beat it hard until it smoothens. Refrigerate it again for an hour or so. Then serve it. One can decorate it by sprinkling some crushed lemons, oranges, grapes and black-berries over it.
One can serve it after a heavy summer luncheon. It soothes and calms your body. It is a perfect energizer too. One must try it out. Very little ingredients are required. One needs very less time for it's preparation. It is a perfect home-made and healthy ice-cream.
