Lost work culture must be bring back in West Bengal
We the Bengal's people want to see that work culture of Bengal must restore within few years which were lost at the time of Left Front government. New chief minister Mamtaa Banerjee appeal to all public servant to work together after forgetting 'You and We' division. She send a fax to all government department for good work culture.
Bengal's work culture in government sector -Review history
Once upon a time Bengal's people were proud of their work culture. Work culture of Bengal start lost since 1967 at the time of coalition front government came in power. It was not possible even at the time of emergency at seventy. On that time office staff came at late and went early from their office. On that time a phrase was heard that "does not late in both time" means if you came in late you must go early. In 1977 when Left Front came in power work culture was totally lost which we can see even today.
In mid of nineties Joyti Basu the ex. chief minister of west Bengal said "To whom I told to work, Chair?" Most of the chair empty even in Writers building till 12 'O clock and again it again empty before 4 'O clock.
In new century ex. chief minister Buddhadev Bhattacharya gave a slogan "Do it now". But alas neither the government servant care this slogan nor chief minister took action against those servant. Actually the Left Front government is totally responsible for this. Coordination committee of the public servant was busy to increase their salary instead of work and the left front government always support them for their vote bank only. Same case for school teachers. Left front government use the teachers for their party work after increase the huge amount of salary and support them for private tuition which lost the education culture in Bengal. After 34 years there is a change in power. New chief Mrs. Mamtaa Banerjee show her anger about work culture. She appeal to all public servant to work together after forgetting 'You and We' division. She send a fax to all government department for good work culture. Not only that she and her minister do surprise visit to each and every government department as well as she appeal to all union to come front for Bengal's development.Finally she has no Allimuddin Street office and she is supremo of her party and if supremo's intention is good then all are automatically good. So, all Bengal people hope that within few years Bengal restore their good work culture and raise its head in India.
