This important Jain temple is dedicated to the 23rd Jain Tirthankar, Pareshnath. Jains from different corners of the world pour in the temple for a long period. It consists four different temples. Out of them the main temple is in the honor of the 10th Jain Avtaar, Sri Sital Nath Ji whose diamond studded forehead attracts visitors and devotees always. This main temple was constructed by Ganeshlal Kapoorchand Jahar in 1895. The other three temples are dedicated to Chanda Prabhujidev, Dadaji Guru and Kushalji Maharaj and the last Tirthankara of the Jain Lord Mahavira.

There is an another attraction to see, a small stream which is covered by gorgeous flowers on all sides. Ita gigantic beauty includes a beautiful garden, blocks of glass mosaics and European statues, painted with silver paint. Tse garden ground is decorated with many beautifully colored flowers and fountation.

There is a superb attraction in the sanctum sanctorum where is a lamp inside it, burning ever since the starting of the temple since 1867. 13 marble stairs to climb to reach the veranda of the temple is always busy by devotees for peace. Notable painter of west bengal, Ganesh Muskare's paintings are also provides a peacefull sound to the visitors.

Paryushan, a holy festival of Jains is celebrated in this temple in every year in between 16 August and 15 September.
