New Rule for West Bengal PSC, SSC & Clerk job

Candidates will be in probation period for first 3 years group C level jobs in Staff Selection Commission, Public Service Commission and clerkship examination.
Previously the rule was probation period for 1 year and 2 year temporary employment.

Candidates have to pass departmental or computer examination to get permanent gov. job. Previously the departmental examination have no such importance.

Probation period is 1year expandable if the candidate not able to pass the above examination. But if any candidate also not able to pass within the extended time then he or she may be suspended from work.previously sometimes promotion or salary hike will be stopped but suspension is time first time in this case.

The effective date of the notification is 1st march 2013
