Deepika Padukone is oe of the famous actress of Bollywood. She was actually born in the country of Denmark. But after some months, her parents moved to Karnataka. Deepika was only eleven years old when they moved from Copenhagen to Karnataka. Deepika is belonging from the origin of Chitrapur Saraswat Brahmin. His father Prakash Padukone is a former Badminton Champion who has played many International Badminton matches. Her mother also worked as a travel agent for few years. She also has a sister Aisha, who is 20 years old.
Deepika studied in Sophia High School in Bangalore. After that she finished her pre-university education from Mount Carmel College Bangalore. She was also selected for the State Badminton Championship whwn she was in High School.Career of Deepika Padukone
Deepika was very fond of modeling when she was in college. She participated in a ramp completion which held in NLS,Bangalore. She was linked in ads of some Indian Brands named Limca, Close-up toothpaste, Dabur lal powder. She was also the brand ambassador of the Jewel of India.
She started her career in cinema in 2006 with kannad film Aishwarya in which she acted with opposite actor Upendra. Then she made a fantastic entry of her in Bollywood movie Om Shanti Om, which was a super duper hit in the box-office in 2007.In this film her opposite actor was Shahrukh Khan.
