The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has announced the tentative dates of the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) exams to be held in 2012. While for the 2011 HSC exams the timetable was announced in November 2010, this time the MSBSHSE decided to announce it at the start of the academic year itself. The aim is to allow students to prepare for the exams well in advance.

Dates of 2012 HSC exam: The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) exam will be conducted from February 21st 2012 to March 28th 2012.

Dates of the 2012 HSC MCVC exam: The HSC Minimum Competency Vocational Courses (MCVC) exam will be conducted from February 21st 2012 to March 7th 2012.
