The Social welfare Department of the Odisha government provides this scholarships to the students through the respective Colleges and schools in which the students are studying. This scholarship is offered to the students those who have passed 10th standard by the recognized board of Secondary examinations of Odisha and joined in Higher secondary and also secured 60 % of marks in all subjects. This scholarship will be given for two years. The second year scholarship will be given based on the performance of the student in the first year and subject to renewal of the form in second year.Senior Merit Scholarship offered by the state government of Odisha
This scholarship is provided to the students who have passed 12th standard by the recognized board of higher secondary examinations of Odisha and joined in the Colleges for 3 years course like B.A., B.Sc., B.com. etc.. The student must secured 60 % of marks in all subject of 12th standard. The scholarship will be given for three years based on the performance of the students and subject to approval of the form in the forth coming years.PG Merit Scholarship offered by the state government of Odisha
This scholarship is given to the students those who have got UG degree by the recognized University and joining in any PG courses of two years. The student under this scheme must have 60 % of marks in all subjects in UG level. This is also given for two years based on the performance of the student in the previous year and subject to approval of the form.Junior Merit-cum-Poverty Scholarship offered by the state government of Odisha
The eligibility for this scholarship is same as the Junior merit scholarship and additionally the total annual income of the family should not exceed rupees 24,000.
Senior Merit-cum-Poverty Scholarship offered by the state government of Odisha
The eligibility for this scholarship is same as the senior merit scholarship and additionally the total annual income of the family should not exceed rupees 24,000.PG Merit-cum-Poverty Scholarship offered by the state government of Odisha
