The famous Assamese Actor Jatin Bora was born on 25th April in the year of 1970 in Kacholukhowa village of Assam. His father's name is Mr. Gakul Chandra Bora and his mother's name is Premolata Bora. He started his primary career in Marikalang Prathamik Vidyalaya of Assam. From his childhood he has a lot of weakness about take part in Dramas. So he used to take part in his School's weekly Cultural meet program. He was also acted in a famous Assamese drama named "Bhaona" as a child character. After his complition of School career he started his High School career from Dawson Higher Secondary and Multi Purpose School of Assam. After his High School career he started his college career from Nagaon GNDG Commerce College of Assam and started his degree career from Nagaon College of Assam.
When he was in Class 8 he gave in his first stage performance in a drama named Mukti which was directed by Lakshminath Bezboruah. He was also a very good student. He was also a diploma holder in fine arts from Kallol Art School of Assam. He was also a specialist in Tabla. He was the main attraction in Raas festival of Assam. In this festival he played as the role of Lord Krishna.
