History of Institute


It was established in 1964. The building of the institute was actually the good of Lord Duffering and it was called Viceregal lodge. Henry Irwin was the designer of this building. Shimla Conference was held in this building in 1945. When India got its freedom them it is renamed as Rashtrapati Niwas. It was announced as the educational institute by Proff. S. Radhakrishan in 1965.
