The peoples of this place said that this festival was celebrated firstly by the Local King of Mandi in the 17th century after that it was celebrated every year. This festival was celebrated every year in the month of March and will continues for the next two days in which peoples celebrates with throwing different color and water on each other wishes Happy Holi to each other. When this festival is celebrated then everything look colorful and look like a special cartoons and you don't stop yourself to enjoy this festival with each other. Main attraction
In the opening ceremony of the festival which was celebrated on the Sunday, firstly peoples worship the God in the MadhoRao temple situated in the Raj Mahal and after that they throw color on each other. After the completion of Worship, the idol of the MadhoRao was taken to the market and peoples play Holi with each in behind of this.
