It is not mandatory that they will ask questions based on the above pattern. There may be slight changes in the arrangement of questions other than that the number of questions are same. They may ask some puzzles instead of figure continuation.

HR interview in Infosys

Questions Which I faced in the HR interview:
-Tell me about yourself
-Your family background
-Tell me about your project
-Your experience from college life
-Most unforgettable moment in college life
-If your marks are in decreasing order, then they will ask why it is so. Be ready for this.
-Extra-curricular activities and some common questions which can be answered at that instant.

And I was finally asked whether I have any questions for them. So be prepared with one or two questions regarding the company. You should ask question at that time. This will show ur interest in the company.
