Simple Eye Exercise

Eye exercise is necessary to keep our eyes fit. Apart from regular body exercise, equal importance to be given to eyes. Please follow the given simple eye exercise and feel the benefits.

Most of us are using computers and watching TV late nights. It is always good to do some simple exercise to keep our body and mind.

Please find the below simple tips / exercise to keep our cool and relax.

1. Close your eyes tightly for around 3-5 seconds. Open them for 3-5 seconds. Repeat this for 7 or 8 times.

2. Lightly press three fingers of each hand against your upper eyelids. Hold them for 1-2 seconds, then release. Repeat the same for 5 times.

3. Roll your eyes clockwise, then counter-clockwise. Repeat it 5 times, blinking your eyes in between each time.

4. Take a pencil and move your arm slowly to your nose. Follow the pencil with your eyes until you can keep it in focus. Repeat it for 10 times.

5. Make up and down eye movements, starting from up to down. Do this 8 times.

If you follow the above simple exercises, your eyes will be relaxed.
