1. Basmati rice - 1 cup
2. Tomato - 4 nos.
3. Garlic - 4 pieces
4. Green Chillies - 4 nos.
5. spices - Clooves, Cardomom, lavangam, pattai
6. Onion - big size - 2 nos.
7. zeera - 1/2 tea spoon
8. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon
9. Curry leaf - little
10. coriander leaf - chopped
11. Oil and salt - as required

Take one cup of basmati rice and leave it for one hour in water. Grind the tomato seperately and garlic, green chilly seperately. Take kadai and pour some oil and keep in medium flame. Add spices - cardomom, pattai, clooves, zeera and lavangam. Stir well. After that put garlic and green chilli paste in the kadai.
