The Capsicum is the english vegetable grown in many colours, but in our Tamilnadu, there was 4 colours are green, yellow, orange and red in colour. Capsicum Chutney is the new recipe, which we have to cook in any colour of Capsicum. It is the colourful chutney recipe and Kids love to eat it.

Ingredients for Capsicum Chutney

* Capsicum - 1 (any colour)
* Roasted Bengal Gram (Pottukadalai) - 2 tbsp
* Grated Coconut - 2 tbsp
* Green chilly - 1
* Tomato - 1
* Salt - as required
* Oil - as required

Methods to prepare Capsicum Chutney

1) Cut the Capsicum in big piece and tomato into small pieces

2) Take a pan, add oil, put capsicum and fry well

3) Take a Mixie, add roasted bengal gram (pottukadalai), grated coconut, green chilly, tomato, salt and fried capsicum

4) Grind this contents in mixie as a paste. Capsicum chutney is ready in different taste

5) Taste this Capsicum Chutney for Idly, Chapathi, Dosa etc
