Ingredients for Vegetable Dosa

* Idly Maavu - 4 cup
* Kadalai Maavu (Roasted bengal gram) - 1 cup
* Carrot (grated) - 1/2 cup
* Beetroot (grated) - 1/2 cup
* Cabbage - 1/2 cup
* Onion - 2
* Green Chillies - 6
* Curry Leaves - little bunch
* Coriander leaves - little bunch
* Mustard - 1 tsp
* Salt - as required
* Oil - as required

Methods to prepare Vegetable Dosa

Vegetable Dosa
1) Cut Onion and Cabbage into small pieces and grate (thuruvi kollavum) Carrot and beetroot

2) Take one bowl, add Idly maavu and Kadalai maavu and mixed both well

3) Take a Pan, add oil, mustard, sliced onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt, cabbage, grated carrot and beetroot and fry well upto smell gone

4) Put these all contents into Idly kadalai maavu and mix well

5) Take a Tawa and make a colourful and healthy Vegetable Dosa

6) Any Chutney and without Chutney also Vegetable Dosa is good taste recipe.
