Guindy national park is one of the sightseeing places in Chennai. The total area of the Guindy national park is 2.82 Square kilo meters. It holds the prestige of being one of the most smallest national Parks in India.

History of Guindy national park: The park was built by by a British English man named Gilbert Rodericks. Later it came in the custody of Indian government and at present Forest department of Tamilnadu looks after the Guindy national park.

Location of Guindy national park: It is located near Raj bhavan, Residence of Governor of Tamilnadu.
