Vishal's father a big rowdy in that area is killed by a gangsters when vishal and his sister were very young. Vishal in his young age had to face many difficulties in bringing his sister up. One day while the Christian missionaries select kids for the orphanage Vishal gets an idea and says to the missionaries that his sister is an orphan and begs them to take his sister with them. Vishal then gets the help of an wise police man and becomes as a police man.
Tamil actor Vishal (Prabhakaran) is a fearless police man and opposes Sayaji Shinde a big gangster who does all kind of illegal activities. Vishal arrests him and puts him in the jail for his illegal activities. Meanwhile Vishal comes to know that his sister is in Kolkata whom the Christian missnionaries taken to a orphanage. Vishal from then tries to meet his sister. After hearing the news about his sister Vishal travels to Kolkata and stays in Sameera Reddy's (Paru) house for rent. Sameera Reddy falls in love with Vishal after some initial clashes.
Meanwhile Sayaji Shinde gets released and comes to Kolkata along with his son and his gang to Kolkata to take revenge on Vishal. The story gets into action when Sayaji Shinde kidnaps Vishal's sister and asks vishal to come alone to a lonely place. There Vishal kills everyone in the gang and returns safe with his sister.
