How to prepare Tamil recipe Corn Cob Delight


There are many dishes prepared in India and I think the dish Corn Cob Delight is something superior. I have given the method of how to prepare the Corn Cob delight. As the name indicates it is one of the most delightful dishes prepared.

How to prepare Corn Cob Delight


Ingredients to prepare the Corn Cob Delight
    Corn Cobs – 6 tenders
    Onions - 2 well sliced
    2 pieces of ginger
    10 flakes of garlic
    10 pepper corns
    1 teaspoon of poppy seeds (kasa kasa)
    A cup of coconut milk
    Half cup milk
    Green chillies – 3
    Few cardamom and nutmeg
    Ghee 2 teaspoons
    Well grated cheese 50 grams
    Corn flakes 2 teaspoons

Method of preparing Corn cob Delight
Firstly, mix the ingredients like pepper, ginger, garlic, poppy seeds and grind them fill it gets to a fine mix then mix the masala to it.
Secondly, fry the paste obtained from the above paste with oil, ghee, onions and chillies,
next Fry the Corn cobs at other side till it gets to brown color and add some salt to it.
Next, Add the coconut milk extracted from coconut and milk and cook the corn cobs along with water till it gets soft.
Next, Allow the gravy to boil well and when the gravy gets boiled add the corn floor prepared by you to it.
Next, Serve the Corn Delight with cheese and sliced onions that are sliced well.
