Tamil Nadu the place of maximum passport fraud

From the recent report collected by the times new dailies it had been stated that Tamil Nadu remains the top spot that are planned by the duplicate or fake passports. It has been stated that Tamil Nadu stands first with more than 250 cases each year among the past three years. It was studied that out of the 937 cases that were found to be fraud during the year 2010, about 268 cases are said to be from Tamil Nadu. Kerela stands second with about 209 cases and West Bengal with 102 cases. There are 5 airports in Tamil Nadu and these are the ports that are aimed by the people who like to travel with fake passports. Out of the five airports at Tamil Nadu Coimbatore seems to have the leading edge over the other airports with about 29 cases in the year 2010, and it is Chennai which also has about 9 cases in the year 2010.

In the year 2008 it has been recorded that Coimbatore had about 13 such cases and in the year 2009 it seems to have 26 cases therefore it can be noted that the number of cases that are get caught in the passport verification is going on increasing when it comes to Coimbatore and I feel that the circumstances seem to be critical and there must be more protection given to the Coimbatore port to reduce the number of cases that travel with the help of Duplicate Passport.

I personally feel that the name of India is degraded when the people use these type of duplicate Passports to travel from one part to other part of the world by using our country as the place to escape. Moreover I do feel that there are more such cases that succeed to escape even after thorough verification and the agents who do such crimes should be found and punished severely such that no one in future would try to do such a crime.
