Previously the government has entire control over employment services with its Head office at santhome in Chennai and due to over crowd of job seekers from different districts accessing the office it was difficult in providing right kind of service to all individual and in order to come up with an opt permanent solution the government has decided to open various employment office in different districts with computerization facility.
With the above facility an individual by walk in can visit the required employment exchange located at their districts to carry out with further process of action towards their employment opportunities. In addition to the above the government by considering the welfare of an individual and to provide them with hassle free, transparent, efficient quick and complaint free service has opened a web portal where various activities related to employment can be carried out online. Before getting into the registration process each individual's are requested to follow certain terms of conditions as stated below:
1.Registrants are requested to have a complete copy of Education Certificates with additional qualification and certificates scanned into respective systems during online process and with a complete photocopy of certificates if done in person at respective offices.
2.Registrants are solely responsible for the correctness of the details like personal profile and qualification entered by him into the system are true to his knowledge.
3.Registrants are requested to provide only with true information's and furnishing of false information if found will not be entertained.
4.Registrants after verification of their documents will be eligible to seek the opening of respective job openings based on their seniority level.Steps towards Online Registration
The job seekers are requested to visit the respective Employment websites and by clicking on 'New User Id Registration' will be provided with a popup message indication of its terms and condition and then candidate are requested to click on 'I agree' button and then by default will be redirected to 'Candidate Registration Form'. In the above shown form the candidate are requested to provide various information's like Candidate Name, Gender, Email Id, User Id, Pass Word, Favorite Colour, Father Name, DOB, Mobile Number, Family Card Number with displayed image code and click on save button. This completes a successful online registration process and user are requested to take at most care and make a note of their user name and pass word in a safe place for their future access towards the jobs. Soon after creation of Use Id the candidate by inputting their user name and password has the facility to access their employment page details.
For old user who have already registered with the employment office at Chennai with their Employment Registration number are requested to add CHP before the year of their registration and then M or F based on their gender followed by other digits printed on the employment card and to login their password would be their date of birth of the format date/month/year. With the above input the user can view his respective employment page details.How to proceed with Employment Renewal Process
The Renewal process can now be made online and the respective renewal are to carry out once in 3 years by the respective individual and in few cases the candidate failed to undergo their renewal process are given with a grace period of 18 months towards their renewal and with the help of their user name and password renewal can be done online with easy step in a single click of button.How to proceed with Transfer of Registration
The candidate by providing a Residential Certificate issued at the level of Thasildhar from new residential place can avail with their transfer of registration and with a specific constraint that there should be a gap of at least 1 year between successive transfers of registration.
